Wired Glass
Wired glass is also a type of Safety glass. It has a wired meshed embedded in it during its procutions.
With the amount of household breakins doubling it can help protect against this
and also has the added advantage of the preventing the spreading of fire.
How its made: A steel wire mesh is sandwiched between two separate ribbons
of semi-molten glass, and then passed through a pair of metal rollers which squeeze
the "sandwich of glass and wire" together.
